I've got a bit of time on my hands so I fancy setting my suspension on my 400E to my 15st + riding gear.

I don't have a Scooby Doo where to start (apart from the std base settings) so any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Off-road, done a bit of net nerding & my static sag is 35mm.
Just waiting for someone to come home to help me measure the race sag.
