Which Lube to use?

Hi peeps,

I have been wondering what lube I should be using for swingarm pivot which I understand ideally should be lubed after every ride.

The manual states that I should be using Retinax ep2 - Is this what is generally used by the masses?

Can anyone point me to a online supplier of Retinax EP2 if that is the best grease to use?

Also, regarding Silicon grease to use on the fork seals - What is the preference for product here? Again stick to the manual, or is there something better I can be using?

I've not got a G450X but I like to use stern gland grease whenever possible



















And before all you dirty minded pervs think its a bit It's waterproof, cheap and i've got loads of it

I just use lithium grease from Halfords and squirt it into either end of the swingarm pivot until I can see all the old stuff has been pushed out of each side.

No idea on the fork seals, not needed to do those yet!
