I just installed the headers other day...very easy a little harder when you dont have a lift...and a helper.
As the book says to connect it all up before fitting, i couldn't get it on hence no bike lift the centre stand gets in the way...so just hanged the Y piece on and with mutch groaning and profanity sliding in the front section to the Y it was all done and some slight adjustment and put the securing springs on
you can see the colour change from silver to an attractive gold after a short ride.the result is a improvment on mid range power and breaths easy now, but louder without end can baffle... not as loud as 2010 models.
if you put one on a 2010 model you will lose the flapy thing...no loss realy it's plastic..and will break one day.
And to add when installing the lambda sensors twist the wires anti clockwise so the wires dont twist when you tighten them..
