Electrical/electronic engineer needed

I'd like to install an electronic load controller to control the output from my 20kw hydraulic turbine.

Someone suggested one of these, but I know other systems exist.
Way beyond my capabilities, is there anyone here who might be interested to discuss taking the job on?

I know it's an old post but I've just spotted it.

I can program the PIC Microcontroller for you if you want to make one. I also have a frame for populating circuit boards. The only issue is the circuit board. I can make them but can't be arsed with fiddling about with bread board for a one off.
