Looking for top load panniers

Morning chap's & chapesse's,

I fitted a set of H&B panniers to my previous bike (F650GS) and thought the top load design far more practical for my own needs. Now I've got The Flying Banana I fancy something similar.

So has anyone discovered a set that fit an R1200GS, whether they be Touratech, H&B, Vern's, Jesse's etc and if you have then what are your opinions?

Oh by the way I collected my bike just ove a week ago, today it's going in for it's 600 service and I've been told that a software upgrade has been received (yesterday) and will be installed. Goodness know's what it does?

The software upgrade reduces crashing and keeps your hard drive in tip-top condition. Oo er missus, there must be more????

What do you reckon to the Givi panniers then with the "part top opening"?

I don't reckon the Givi's are suitable for my needs.

Todays bit's fitted are;

1, BMW Topcase, at last a square shaped unit that expands.

2, Touratech oil radiator cover,

Very pleased with my Jesses, although they weren't cheap - £700-ish

Vern's made a trial set to fit a 1200, they're on Jezzie Kids bike. Give him a shout and see if he's got any production plans into operation yet.
