I've done a search and can't find anything so here goes the question.
My boy (aged 14) wants an off road bike, which is fine but we've had a look at the local tracks and they have a beginners track which has 5/6 yr olds so he is too big and too old, the other track is full of nutters on big bikes going like the clappers - whilst i'm all for boys being boys and him being able to look after himself there is a bit of parental protection/worry going through my mind.
Therefore can anyone tell me if underage (i.e. none licence holders) riders are allowed to use off road tracks (like on the downs? ) - next issue would obviously find some tracks.
