Anyone know of an all night cafe somewhere between Limerick and Dublin where you could get a warm up coffee and a bit of feed at say 2, 3 or 4 in the morning if one was to go out on a night navigation run?

Maybe in one of the new motorway service stations?

There is an Emo petrol station in Mountrath, off the n7 on the Limerick side of Portlaoise. Not sure if it's open all night since the m7 opened! Very friendly chap let us re charge our comms there one night on the way home from Kerry:thumb

The statoil in Mountrath used to open 24/7 but may not now that the motorway is in place.
The services opened last Fri at the monastereven junction on that motorway is open 24/7 (or so the papers say)
