In the morning, Sunday 05-09-04, at around 0930 hrs. I'm at the car park Snack Bar in Abergavenny for a Sausage and Egg Bap and a meander round the lanes.

Coast run

I'll be at the Westend at about 9.00am for breakfast if thats any good. Cardiff and I are going for a ride to the coast to run his new bike in.
