I need help AGAIN

I've got a set of touring panniers and today I managed to lose a set of keys, and yes the only key that would open the boxes were on it.

To cut a long story short I've got a pair of locked panniers and no way of opening them. How can I get the old barrels out so I can fit new ones??

Hope this helps but lost a set of keys recently and called a lock-smith took an hour he had picked the locks and charged me £45. better than going for the Hammer and Chisel method!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a problem, nothing high tech either, after about two weeks and buying a new set of locks and keys found the spare key!!!!!!!!!!! Doh
