Tuning & tweaking

Has anyone done any of the following to their 1200 yet, and if so what's the result, and did you need to do any other tweaking to make it run right:

1) installed a full exhaust system (headers & can) that replaces the catalytic converter(s) and standard can

2) put a different (e.g. K&N) air filter on

3) got a Power Commander or similar thing to alter the engine mapping

4) any other performance mods

6k miles now and it's time to start fiddling

I'm getting mine in blue... that's a tweak right... makes it faster?! Yes!?? YES??? I think it'll be faster...
