R1200S Tyres

Just bought a R12S, got a puncture on route home, scary, got a wobble on front end followed by loss of front brake, breifly.


Filled the front with tyre weld and had a slow ride ,40, home.

Question is do i replace the tyre as I have filled it with tyre weld.? I know i may have too anyway due to puncture.

if so what tyres, its on BT- 23 Bridgestone currently.

Front tire

Touch wood, I have a 12s but no experience of a front wheel puncture. I would be inclined to replace the front tire.
Good luck with new bike, I am currently running bridgestones and can't fault them so long as you don't want high mileage
