Hi Folks

Model 2000 -1100 RT, ABS lights are flashing alternatively and do not go off, what is remedy to this problem.

Is that while running or just with the ignition on.

Could be blown tail light? -

Nope That's only with Integral

Was the Battery flat 1/3 World??? You can reset it easily!

You need a good ground the battery to be reasonably charged and a wee dod of wire
The grounded wire goes in the central pin of the diagnostic plug IF it is the flat 3 wire one?????

Ign on and Hold the ABS switch down for 15 seconds release and turn off ign and turn back on they should flash on off at the same time IF you press the starter and they do the alternate thing then you have a weak battery and that is low voltage fault

If ABS lights are flashing alternately as soon as you switch on the ignition?? You can make a code reader or buy a cheap one off e bay

Yeah the battery was flat and then I replaced it with a new one, I tried the wire to ground and holding in the ABS switch for a minute but that didn't seem to work so they still flashing likr a disco - help

New battery needs to be well charged

Ground point needs to be clean and good

Contact to the centre pin needs to be clean and good

AND If you push the ABS switch does one light go out and give your head piece for a while? (if it does that means that switch is working okay)

Pressure on the switch needs to be consistent and your attention not wander off while a butterfly tooodles by

Try Wire grounded

Switch held down

Ign on for count of 30

release switch then Ign off

then Ign on
