Hi guys
Has anyone fitted an ignition switch to 450 x? and if so were would i get the kit ?

many thanks are they easy to wire in ?
I would imagine that to fit one to my bike, I would use the wire that goes to the starter button, cut it and introduce the key switch in-series in that wire.
So, key 'off', no power to starter button, press starter button and nothing happens......... key 'on', power to starter button, push starter button and bike turns over and fires up.

Yes I see your point I guess it is that easy
I'm toying with the idea of geting shot of the bike it's 2010 plate with only 50hrs on it I smashed my Tib & fib on an endruo race and was laid up for 18mts
My idea was to make it less steal able and use to commute to work on
