I've just got back on a bike after 10 years and splashed out on F800GS Triple Black. My last bike was an F650 "Funduro" - never did take to the name, but it was fantastic bike so I stuck with BMW. Got a bit carried away with the finance and had Cannon add a Vario topbox, Scotoiler, handguards and black Motech Bars.
I took delivery at the end of March, just before the start of the wettest month since the invention of the internal combustion engine, but that hasn't stopped me enjoying it. I've got 2.5k on the clock, mostly commuting from Essex to West London, along with some weekend rides in the Essex / Suffolk countryside.
Getting the hang of lane filtering and scooter spotting, but keen to get off road (easy stuff to start with) and some longer runs.
