BMW HPN Dakar GS - what is it

Home made effort. Been for sale for ages,seller thinks it's worth lots more than it is.
 
Saw a similar bike at Kielder 2 day rally last year, home-made but well done. Agree it's way overpriced at that.

I wish I could build something like that... I'd chop up the 1100 right now... heck... I'd buy another one and build two. Very nice, thanks for posting. :beerjug:
