About to set of on a Trip to Austria / Slovinia / Italy and the bike is prepped and ready for off. I have nearly 100% on the front pads they are hardly ever touched, the rear looks to have 60 to 70% so should be plenty but was going to take a spare rear set of pads just in case (heard a fair bit about brake fade due to overheating)

Has anyone got any advice or preference on make of pads to try to limit brake imbalance? Did ask the BMW dealer and at £62.00 a rear set I felt that they were having a laugh.....

Anyone running Ferrodo or EBC pads on their bike (didnt really want to mix them but the fronts are like new).
