I'm surprised you didn't see Ravenbyrne up there :D

Funny I did pass an African Twin it was heading into Sallins, I was heading towards Tallaght, we did the usual nod and wave..........:aidan

Someone else in a red hatch back gave me the horn in tallaght:rolleyes:, ya know the type, not aggressive but more like they knew ya. Haven't a clue who is was:nenau

looks like a nice spin..... Have a GPS route by any chance?

Can get you one. But you just cross Blessington bridge an turn right. Head up the road until you come to a fork in it. There an old shop on the right right at the fork. Take the left road. Speed ramp right at the start of that road. As you claim the hill you see it cuts through Sorrel hill and Black Hill. The track I went up is just down from the parking area. Not sure of the exact grid though.
