Got a new rear tyre fitted on Saturday morning (thanks Gill at Balderston's 
) and with SWMBO & Ms Twotter off to a kids party in the pm I had a couple of hours to head out for a spin.
The idea was to head up into Lincolnshire and see if I could find my way up to Binbrook (happy memories). I didn't get away until just after 2pm so quickly realised that wasn't on for this trip. Instead I did a quick loop from March, up to Wisbech, out on the A1101 to Long Sutton, past Holbeach onto the A151, avoided Spalding on the A16 and then turned off to Crowland on the A1073, down to Thorney on the B1040 and on towards Peterborough, then home.
Not the most exciting roads but some lovely 'big sky' views of fenland. Quite a dazzling, low sun which made for a few 'moments' but a nice little loop to bed in my rear tyre.
