A BMW main dealer, Ongar, produced a small run of new K75RS models back in the eighties, converted from the K75C. Is this one of them ? Yours is an early model "C" as it has the rear drum brake.

yep, i remember them and always thought it a great combination, so when a €500 44000km,K75 came my way, i couldn´t wait to squeeze on a RS fairing.

and yes, a C model, that only needed KRS bars added.

If you look closely its actually a Valencian made Puig fairing without the second strip light above the main headlight.There seem to be fair few here, especially on R65´s.
