Newbie to GS Adventure in Hampshire

Hi all,
Picked up my 2012 Adventure on Saturday, commuting on it since then. Loving the comfort, lazy power and surprising agility.

After having my head vibrated and vision blurred every time I hit fifty or more, I've ordered a tobinator kit, hope it works as promised!

I also ordered a mudsling max as its gonna be an all year outdoorsy bike.

First major trip planned: Southampton to Düsseldorf via the tunnel, late April.

I did the maths, that distance is actually ten miles less than Southampton to Glasgow - who knew?!

I had success with a clip on Touratech spoiler. Clip it on for motorways and off for twisties.

I already ordered the tobinator kit, so I guess I'd better stick with that unless it doesn't work. We shall see!

Changed to Touratech spoiler...

...as apparently "fits all R1200GS models" doesn't mean Adventures too. So I've got a lockable spoiler on the way.
