Anybody know of any main dealer call backs or issues with r1150gs, years 2001 & 2002 with Abs ? Thanks

In the 11 years I have had my 1150GS, the only recall notice was for an issue with the QD fuel pipes.
Electrics....I think you're worrying too much.
If it works, looks OK and rides OK, it'll be ok
Like Keith, I don't remember ANY recalls on my ('04) GSA...and on an '02 bike, by this time, if it had one it would have been done, or the problem would have been fixed in another way
Check the oil, check the tyres then go ride it

Agreed. I bought my GS 1150 new in 02 and that's the only vague memory of any recall on the bike. It's been brilliant.
Oh hang on ........... I didn't spec mine with ABS
If I remember correctly, there was a recall for the rear brake hose. Or the support of the braided hose to stop it chafing.
I'm assuming that you did an online search for recalls.
