I picked this suggested route list up ifrom the PostHof in Innerkirchen, may be of help to anyone planning a visit next year.

Lots of the route maps I own have come a freebies from hotels and tourist offices. I always pick them up, irrespective.
 
First time we went to Austria and hired a bike we contacted the Austrian Tourist Board in London and they sent us a full set of photocopied routes around the Austrian Alps and the South Tyrol.
Cracking package, not sure if they still do it now though.
