Now the dark days are here, I decided to fit a HID low beam because I don't know about anyone else, I found the standard low beam pretty rubbish.
ANyway after fitting it last weekend I still wasn't impressed, mainly because the beam pattern left a dim 'hole' just in front of the bike and all the HID did was emphasise the bad pattern.
So yesterday I got the garage to fit a pair of Cree LED Spotlights during its first years service and wow what a difference !
The Spots fill the gaps in nicely and today, going through dark wet drizzly rain they were perfect, spot on in fact !!
I'll take some more photos in daylight over the weekend with more details.
