My son's 2005 XT125 has a truly awful headlight, similar to a candle in a jam jar. It's a 35w/35w non halogen job that look like a big indicator bulb.
He's got a later halogen bulbed light off a 2007 XT125X, but obviously the bulb holder is completely different so needs wiring in.
I'm not a fan of electricary, and checking the wiring diagram between 2005 and 2007 XT's there appears to be a relay on the 2007 bike which isn't on the 2005. Does that mean we'll need to wire in relay, and if so any idea where is best?
