BMW New Zealand together with Experience Motorcycles of Kingsland tried to appeal this origional decision.
After one year of fighting through the court system they finally failed.
The origional decision is uphelded!

Just think of all the K1600 owners throughout the world who have received a replacement gearbox as a direct result of this court decision.
