These things are climbing in price big time from about 3 yrs ago.

They will be the next RC30, but are much nicer to ride ....worth looking at ?

With the greatest of respect ....... they will NEVER be the 'next' RC30 fella!

You are right, they're steadily going up in value!

i think they are nicer to ride than an rc30 :nenau

doesnt look like too many peeps here have them ?

They are more comfy, apart from that, the RC30 wins hands down.

Both would be in my dream garage though.

This is my era, the Honda Rothmans one, its when I started biking and I too have been watching these bikes go up in value. I had the opportunity in the mid 90s to buy a nice used one via a mate that had the reg VF1000 on it .......I bought a VFR750 instead hindsight etc:blast

What about the CB1100R - Has it not become highly-collectable?

Always thought it was stunning :thumb2

The RC 30 is great to ride..... Except for the heat that the engine kicks out if you can't get and keep the speed up. It will burn your inner thigh over a 250 mile day in summer, trust me.

Bods who use them on the road regularly put a larger radiator in.

Will the thousand ever become as iconic as an RC30? Naaaaaah. Nice bike, just the same and the values have been going up, too.

The next classic? I'm betting on the SP1. Should'a kept mine.
