As some of you may have read in my USA journal, my experience with Vern's Worldbeater Panniers has not been without incident.
Vern was always keen to learn of any problems I had with the panniers and has,where possible, produced modifications (a heat shield, for example) to ensure his customers don't suffer the same snags in future.
I'd just like to report that, despite these snags, Vern's customer service is beyond reproach - last Sunday we met up at Keele Services and he refunded the entire cost of the panniers and I returned the (rather battered) boxes to him. I hardly think I'd have the same response from Touratech or Al Jesse.
