Curvy roads

Is it not there already, in the default 'Motorbike' mode. I wouldn't know, as I turned mine off.
 
I guess it will be added with a future update. There's a bod on the Zumo forum who's trying it out before it goes live. There is a Garmin link with details but the link doesn't work.

Being a link to a Zip file containing the Beta software (I can only assume, as I didn't open it) I doubt it would work on an iPad. Only the windows version.

I think it should work on a Mac as well. I'll try it later.
