I know this subject has been covered before (I've spent a few hours reading all the searched threads on this subject) but I'm going to ask if anybody has an idea where to look to stop my clock going out when ignition is switched off.
What happens is:
Clock is ok when ignition on (engine running or not).
Clock goes off when ignition turned off, no display.
Clock comes on when ignition turned back on, requires reset.
It is definately not a fuse.
The power socket works all the time
It exhibits the above faults even if the engine is not started.
The battery does not require charging or changing.
All the previous threads suggest either the fuse or the battery, it is definately not either of these so does anybody out there have another suggestion????
Thanks.
