The disclaimer at the end of this official commercial stipulates that the Tiger is unsuitable for off road use.

This being the case, if a warranty issue arises from, say, green lane use, or a trip abroad involving non-street riding, will Triumph honour their warranty? In addition, is the bike insurable for such use when the insured is clearly using the vehicle in contravention of the manufacturer's recommendations which advises that injury or death may occur?
Can the Triumph off road course be operated safely on equipment not designed for off road use? If I fall off, do I not have a clear cut claim against the course provider for supplying me with a bike that was not designed for off road applications?

All rather peculiar
