Navigator V and Interphone f4mc

I know that there is a problem with the Nav V and Interphone f5mc in that it is not possible to hear music streamed from the gps. Given that this has been known for many months, with yet no resolution in sight, I am looking at other options to buy.

So does anyone have experience of the Interphone f4mc with the Nav V and know whether you can hear music streamed from the gps?

The F4 and F5 share the same programming so not sure why one would work with Nav V and not the other.

My F5XT works perfectly with my zumo 660, and I've upgraded to the professional sound pack which is ace.
