Anyone got any contacts / experience re this? The deeds of my lockup say I need it. Also been told I might need public liability insurance in case any scrote climbs up on the roof, falls off and breaks his neck and SUES ME!!!!!!

Hold it ... just spoke to my insurers (Nationwide) and had the cover extended to cover it as a "remote building". Cost = £0. When I took out the cover earlier this month I was told this was not possible. Ditto the guy I spoke to in person this morning at their office in central Embra. All's well ...
