Online Quotes

I'm currently insured by MCE & renewal time is next month.
They don't do "auto renewals" & have only sent me an Invite for a new quote as opposed to an actual quote.
I've had a quote via a 3rd party comparison site (compare the market) who now offer the 2 for 1 cinema tickets (a good perk!) & also an identical quote from MCE online.
Am I ok to go ahead with these quotes or do they apply to New customers only?
Renewal lines were jammed solid this morning so have been unable to speak to them direct.

Getting rather paranoid about the read/reply ratio anyway, if anyone does read this , here's an update.
Phoned MCE again & was told since I already am an online customer it is ok to proceed with an online quote as my renewal. I was offered a phone quote but was told it would take 20 mins so I declined & decided to go ahead with the price I'd been quoted.
