Phone call issue

I have a Scala G9x and a Motorola Moto X 2014 connected to my Nav V and randomly I'm in the middle of a call and I start hearing my own voice. The person I am speaking also hears their own voice while this happening.

I never had issues with my G9x and Moto X prior to getting the Nav V.

Anyone else having this issue?
