After spending months looking in the ads for my old R1 I had virtually given up hope.

However on Friday I spotted my old Thunderace on fleabay, and on impulse, I bought her.

She needs a fair bit of tlc to get her back to how she was when she was mine but I'm up for a challenge.

An interesting project. A bit like meeting an old girlfriend after she's been out with a few other chaps since last seen ! Good luck with the rebuild . All my old bikes seem to have been shagged ragged after I've owned them and come up for sale again
