Well, the dealer's got my cheque for a Dakar, will I be able to wait a whole week?

The week's wait is over, had my '04 Dakar for 2 days. It's nice to ride a lower lighter bike, took to it straight away, but that screen! it's useless.
Next question:- why does it always rain for days when you get a new bike?

After I collected my GS last year, the wind was so strong for the next week I spent more time dodging fallen trees than cars. (3 trees across the road in one journey.
)
Glad I had a bike that turned and stopped well. The hazard lights came in handy as well.

When I got my Scarver it started to snow the next day!
And it got colder and colder, and finally I had to put him inside and start my snowmoviethingie instead. I could not ride him for 6 months!
...but it was October, so I should not be suprised...
The following spring I was happy as a kid Christmas Eve, waited for the snow to melt!
