Off road tours, southern Ireland

I'm after some help, I'm in Ireland for two weeks and wondered if anyone knows of any good off road tour companies. I'm only looking at going for one day and have my own bike, but am willing to hire one too if need be. Ideally the location would be close to ennis as the other half has family there to keep her entertained.

not the right answer but..
Since you have a bike ramble through the Slieve Aughty hills.
Or from Ennis to Loop Head via the bog road, off the R474 to Creegh and the Cliff Road (Dunlicky Rd. on Google Maps) from Kilkee to Loop Head.
Or Keeper Hill in Tipperary.
