Quest- removable powered mount???

I have just bit the bullet and ordered a quest and a powered bike mount and a Ram mount.
I intend to take the audio out-on the mount (I think) through my new autocom.
question is are all the mounts out there permanently wired if so to where?
Does this mean the mount is knickable when parked up?

can the mount be wired so that it can be detachable off one of the swivel joints on the RAM

Have wired the auto com to fuse 4 the horn -can I add the quest to this also.
Does it need / come with an appropriate in line fuse?

You have probably seen all this before but this GS owning, oil checking accessory buying is new to me.
