My brother has just rung me to say that there may be 2 - 3 places available on the trip to Ireland - leaving Fishguard on Friday 3rd June at 10.15 am and leaving Rosslare on Sunday 5th June at around 1.15pm. We are booked onto the fast crossing - weather permitting. If the weather is really bad, we get stuck on the normal ferry which takes 3.5 hours.
It's a sizeable group (21 in total) and we are booked into a hotel in Waterford for the 2 nights. The cost would be about £85 he reckons for the ferry and 2 nights accommodation (you budget separately for food and beer money). The mix seems to be about 50% serving coppers and 50% friends of friends. If anyone is interested, please PM me, but at the moment the places are not definately available - he has just had warnings from a few that they may not be able to go. Should be a good laugh, but super sensitive types need not apply.
