Has anyone experience of Morocco in the Autumn?

I've done Morocco over Xmas before (cold and wild), but now I'm planning a trip there with Georgie in the autumn. Has anyone been there during the autumn.

I'm looking for knowledge of the weather and temperatures in the Rif, Atlas and Sahara.

What do you know?

I've been in October.

Warm enough in Africa (a bit cold in France and Spain), but I've never seen rain like I did on the day we rode through the Rif!
