New camera but even at lowest setting the files are too big to upload.
Any ideas how to reduce then further, tried cropping but they look shit.

What's your lowest setting ?
640 x 480 is mine or i use thumbs plus to resize them.

What are you saving them as? Bitmaps (bmp) are massive compared to jpegs (jpg).

So try saving as a jpg and see if this helps.

Thanks, found a way of resizing them aswell.
different camera, the old one had an email setting.
