My rider has just developed a fault after only 2 weeks where it won't startup at all. The unit was left on charge and when I came to turn it on its completely dead. Anyone else had this? I'm geeting a replacement from the vendor just concerned that it maybe a device problem, wondered if anyone else has had this issue?

No issues here with mine - been using it nearly every day since I got it too.

I did have an issue with mine and I am expecting a replacement in the coming 5 days..
Battery time was 1.5 hour max, when it should have been around 5 hours.
A friend asked me if this would help me to reconsider garmin offer and my answer was : no way !
Except for this battery issue, it is really an excellent GPS.

Ok, one of my friend just called me : he has the exact same problem since yesterday.
Reset did work though... A paperclip will be part of my bike tools from now on
