For those who are interested there is an interesting article in this months Bike in regards to the NERC Bill, the fight is still on going. So if you like to help join the TRF.

Sorry Kropotkin it is a British off road problem, but hey the European courts could yet come to our aid, breeches of our Human Rights and discrimation.

Clearly there is a lack of understanding what a TLA is.
