digital maps

Hello,

are there any digital maps of britain available? Here in germany we have 1:50000 maps available for planning purposes etc..

Is there a chance to get similar ones of britain?

You can get OS LandRanger 1:50 000 scale maps in raster form direct from Ordnance Survey, but they're not cheap. £10 for a 20KMx20KM tile or the entire country for £5000 for a 1 year licence and £1750 for year 2. You would be better off trying to find some consumer product off the shelf that meets your requirements.
