Site sponsor payment

i tried to pay to become a site sponsor, it says you should choose your method of payment but the only option availible is paypal - mind my ignorance but i don't even know what that is(us bloody people here in africa are a little bit behind.)
So how can i pay yhen ?

You can use the PayPal option to pay with a card Visa/Master Card/Amex etc you don't need a PayPal account

Can I ask how do we find out when our membership is due for renewal please?
