Hi people

I'm new to the world of GS'ing jumping off a Fazer 1000 (perfectly engineered bike but no personality!). Picked up my R1150GS this weekend and did about 500 miles 2 up. handling & comfort is a revelation and performance not as bad as I feared - suddenly I dont feel the need to overtake everything! Already planning some trips to Europe on it this summer!
Looking forward to diving into the forum and learning all the tips & tricks. First search is regarding "rattles" .Cheers

Can't help with the rattle as I have the superior 1100, but they make all manner of funny noises compared to a Fazer ! Welcome to the site, someone else will be along shortly to contradict anything I say, but you could do worse than come to the Ace Cafe on the first Sunday of the month and listen to everyone elses
