Well, having put my Stantons to good use (well one anyway) I'm now trying to repaint it after getting rid of the gashes!
Has anybody found a paint match for the speckled black finish? It's not a hammerite finish as thats oily - it's best described as looking like course wet and dry paper.
Anyone found a match that's in an aerosol please?

Sherpa ;)

How did they do?. How fast etc?. Did the mounting points break?. I was thinking of buying a pair. Cheers

good!

They do exactly what it says on the tin.
I had some TT ones before and they bent the fixing bolts and twisted out of shape.
Stantons are and look the biz IMO

Just need to figure out how to get the finish back to match now

Sherpa ;)

They are powder coated, I think, so it's gonna be fun matching them.

Why not just paint them matt black - be honest, how many of them can you see at one time? How close a match do you need? :D
