Great service from Schiannini

We are all quick to condemn when we get lousy service from a supplier, so having had a really good "shopping" experience with one of the list members I thought it would be good to share the info....

I recently decided to get a set of "in-ear monitors" for audio on the bike. I made contact with (Fil) Schiannini through a mail in the archives, he answered all my questions, I posted him some moulds and he sent the finished goods back via courier - all within a few days.

Considering that I am based in South Africa and he is in the UK and had to go out of his way to organise couriers etc, I thought his service was tops.

Earplugs work a treat as well!
