Need advice on bike to bike comms

Off next month on my first big trip with a mate and we want comms with each other for the journey.
I have a couple of Cobra PMR`s with about a 2mile range.
I need to know where I can buy the headsets and push to talk button for the handlebars?

Maplins electronics in Derby have the best selection I have evr seen and they do not rip you off, you just need to find someone with a bit of enthusiasm as tey have a few kids serving.
