zumo speed cameras

has any one seen or used the pre loaded speed cameras on there zumo 550.. im in spain at the moment and it not on it here. what it like in the uk does it give audio warnings .how is this activated if its pre loaded

In the UK, you get a an audible 'bing', like a seatbelt warning on a plane. You'll get a camera picture as well for a fixed camera. I've used it quite a bit in the car and 9/10 times it's been spot on. You access the on/off for the cameras in the menu section.

I use both the Garmin Speed Camera database and the Pocket GPS World Speed Camera database on my Zumo. The Pocket GPS World database is updated more regularly and seems marginally more accurate but the Garmin one is OK.
